POLST eRegistry Pilot Project

2017 Overview & Update

This complimentary webinar will provide an overview of the California POLST eRegistry pilot project. Authorized by Senate Bill 19, and funded by the California Health Care Foundation, the project is designed to test implementation, use and sustainability of an electronic POLST registry in two California communities, with electronic POLST forms securely submitted and retrieved by medical providers, including emergency medical providers.

Are continuing education credits (CEs) available?
At this time, we are unable to provide continuing education credits for recorded webinars. CEs are available for social workers, nurses, nursing home administrators, and chaplains with many of our live and in-person trainings.
