People today are living longer than at any point in history thanks to new advances in medicine. This also means many Americans are living longer with serious illnesses… for years, or even decades. We are now seeing an increasing need and demand for palliative care.

In this webinar you will join Dr. Steven Pantilat as he explores how palliative care teams can use a population health approach in making proactive decisions to identify and address the needs of people with serious illness in all settings.
